Limitation of Liability

TowBuddy is a platform service and is not liable for damages arising from towing services, vehicle damage, or delays. Users engage with service providers at their own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
